Apidae Consulting began with a question:

Apidae’s work developed in response; moving from individual leadership support to helping organizations design leadership and team practices that bring clarity, coordination, and consistency.

Founded by Dr. Elizabeth Fleming and grown through strategic partnership with Dr. Robin McLeod as the work expanded, Apidae evolved into a collaborative consulting practice. Along the way, our partners became increasingly invested in designing systems that recognize and leverage different ways of thinking. Neurodivergence emerged as an important lens; not as the sole focus, but as part of a broader commitment to building environments where diverse strengths can contribute fully.
